In Part and PartDesign you can have only one path along which you sweep, in addon Curves workbench you have additional possibilities. Now finalize the loft by clicking OK in the Tasks tab. The result is that the side edges of the resulting pipe do not start perpendicular to the faces of the rectangles. The loft creates faces between two shapes with compatible edges.
